How to stop foreign formates and user styles in MS Word Document

    Hi

I ahve a word document with some user defined styles and formates.

I am copying some data from another word file to this document.

While copying styles of second document come in first which i don't want.

While copying i want that if sorce document has some formate same as destination document then it should keep that formate and if source has other formates then those formates should be converted to 'Normal'.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi binod

    welcome to the forum.

select the paragraphs in question, and then in the Formatting pane select "Clear all formatting" and then apply the Normal style

At Excelforum, you can say "Thank you!" by clicking the icon below the post.

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
