Thread: Macro assistance please

Good Morning,

I've created a document thats primary function is for employees to request access to particular parts of the building. It's setup to allow the requesting individual to select what department they need access to, what time frame they will need access, and whether its a one time occurance or not.

My question:
I have approximatly 30 categories to choose from and I would like to incorporate a few features to make the document easier to use:

1.I would like to assign an email address to each department.
2.I would like to setup a button on the document to autosend emails to the appropriate approvers based on which department the employee is requesting access for. For example, if I am requesting access to mechanical rooms and IT closets I would like word to autosend both emails to the appropriate people.
3.I would like to find an easy was to change email addresses for approvers. This is because we have numerous sites globally that will need to setup site specific approvers.
