I have created a file on word 2007. It has some macros and active content. I have to mail the file to various people. But each recipient will have to enable the macros separately. Can I do something to keep the macros permanently enabled for this file no matter who is using it and which system he is using it?
Hi siya,
It sounds like a virus or security issue is keeping this from working without needing validation from the reciever of your word document. My first guess would be there is no way to override the macro warnings when opening a word doc or docx.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Hello,
the macro security level is set on the individual computer. The user decides if they want to allow macros to run or not.
If there were a way to automatically run macros with an emailed document, then the whole concept would be moot, and everybody with enough criminal energy would create and email a document that runs macros when opened.
Not the best of ideas.
If you need your macros to run in the emailed file, read up about digitally signed signatures.
