Thread: Word VB Code

Hi guys,
I'm glad I've finally found a Forum to hopefully answer my question.

I have attached a sample of a word document to show what I require (If it possible). I’ve only just start using VB, so my skill don’t allow me to conquer the following.

What I have is a formatted template document full of labels as shown in Step 1. What I need the VB code to do is firstly copy the last line of every box (the information between the _xxxxxxx_ whatever that might be) and copy it onto the next line in that same box (Step 2) and then change the font to the barcode font. “3 of 9 Barcode” (Step 3)

Hopefully I don’t confuse you because of the way I have set the steps outs in this document to what I require VB code to do. So in summary, if we have a pages of individual labels within the formatted areas the VB code to copy the final line or information between the two _ in every instance to the very next line in the same formatted area and then change the new line into the barcode font.

It really rolls off the tongue easy, however I’m guessing no so much when programming.

Any and every bit of help, very much appreciated.
