Hi, im not too familiar with Microsoft Access, but I currently add my survey data to a 'Table'. This includes a column for Photo Ref: (0001). I then click on the paperclip symbol in the next column and browse the folder to attach photo 0001. Row 2 might not need a photo and Row 3 might be Photo 0005.

Is there any way of automating this. Maybe by looking for the name of the photo in the 'Photo Ref:' (if there is one) column then automatically adding it?

There maybe 3000 rows to survey so anyone of speeding this up would be helpful.
