Add new Multiple records into the table thru userform

Hi Folks,

I have database with an userform called “Radio_Issue” and table called “tblRadio_Issue.

I am trying to add new records into the Table “tblRadio_Issue” by using the userform.

The issue is, I am unable to add new multiple records based on ListBox selection. I looking for adding new records based on Multi selection of ListBox (“List142”)


I have attached the Database and picture of what I am trying to accomplish.
