I have around 700 text files. Every files contains 3 colums, this columns are double type numbers.

Since you have Excel 2016...
If you have all the text files in same folder. You can use binary combine method.
Have a read of link for details. If you need more specific help. I'd recommend uploading sample text file(s) and expected result.

To upload, use "Go Advanced" button and follow "Manage Attachments" hyperlink. It will launch new tab/window for managing uploads.
