Access data is showing in different symbols unable to change the language to english

Hi,

I have an access file with lots of data regarding name mobile no and address etc.
but when ever i am opening the file, Name are showing in okay but the rest details are showing in some kind of symbolic language (note: example are attached).. have tried to change the language but did't get the result. Somebody plz tell me how to convert the data in to readable language ...
