HI Guys,
I want to know when do you need to Enable the Unique Values/ Unique Records in MS Query?
it happens to me, after i connect the two tables with EQUAL JOIN TYPE, A lot of duplicate came out. i did a research that you need to enable the unique values to eliminate all Duplicate Records.
does the unique values eliminates only the IDENTICAL RECORDS?

unique values eliminate all the value that are same
The example of Unique values :
"SAME" in record 1
"SAME" in record 2
Will only display just one "SAME" no matter how many times it appear in any records.
The Example of Unique Records :
"SAME" in record 1
"SAME" in record 2
"SAME" in record 1
Will display two "SAME" which is the "SAME" from record 1 and record 2
