How to replace special character (square box) in cell

    Hi,
I have 4000 records with special characters in a sheet. I can replace "[]" this square box manually, but those are in 4000 rows. Is there any VB script which can replace this special character with "TAB" space. Please help me out

    Thank you
    Anil

Is this in Access (where you have posted) or is this an Excel question? If in Excel, why not just use the Find and Replace feature that is incorporated in Excel. I believe that you can do the same in a table in Access, but have never tried it. No need for any special code.
