Build a normalized table in Excel. In Access, instead of importing the table, link the table. Use the Access Import Wizard if you are unsure how to do this.

Thanks Alan! its working but the problem is I am unable to use it to another excel file. I want to get this data used in other excel sheet. please help me. I have more question to ask but firstly I like to know about your permission because I don't want you to be teased or nag. Thanks again.
use a macro...command TransferSpreadsheet to bring in the XL sheet.
