    Need macro to show information in a report only when critera are meant

    Hi,
    I need a macro that will show a information on report from a form only when certain information on the form = certain criterea. for example, if the form box says yes then the in formation in box 2 shows up in the report if box says no then the information is left black from the report.

    Build a query and set the criteria in the query for the field holding the specific data to "Yes". Use the query as the record source for your report.

    As an another option you can use (Report) Filter property also
