Deleting table entries in a data base.

Hi, I am looking for some code that will automatically send and email if someone tries to delete a table entry. I know from what i have googled that when this code works it ask permission to send the email. Part of what I need is if employee says no to sending email then it won't delete the info.

im kinda new to this but doesn't the code need to start with privatesub something. I want this code to run when someone tries to delete a line in a table.
