Access file to share

Dear all,

I want to build a database that to be share among colleague.

Can I just save that into the server and anyone can access , edit and update ?

We are a group of 5 staff.

Can I do that ?

The simple answer is yes. Once built, however you may wish to split the front end from the back end tables. There are many tutorials on the internet on how to do this.

Every person will get a frontEnd (app) but the backend (tables) goes on the server.
