Angry Access Options Grayed Out HELP

I have gone 28 Pages into Google Search on my Problem. Conditional Formatting is grayed out. I do not think it is a shared database and it is not grouped. I have no options for review or any off the tools suggested in many of the post but pinned them to the ribbon and most of them are grayed out too. I can post entries created fields in the main table and the queries I have created. I can also create more queries and forums etc.
This even happens if I start a new database with all different fields with 5 entries to each field. Im using Office 365 that came free with my college program and it is a full version of 365, I have had no problems in any of the other programs. I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to Office. I hope I have not made some noob mistake, because I have been up for three days.
This database is a Coupon Database to keep track of the numerous coupons I have and so far all other functions have worked except conditional formatting and some other features grayed out.

Any help would be appreciated with step by step directions!

I believe that CF in Access is not available in Tables. Tables hold data only and formatting is not something you do within a table. Formatting can be done in Forms and reports. You should be entering your data in a form that is bound to a table. You can then apply conditional formatting within the Form.
