Schedule for school help

Hi I'm a teacher trying to create a schedule for our school. This is for teacher pkanning time, so kuds will ho to pe, music, ir gealth. Iknow I can use a template to start, but I want have it ask teachers unavailable blocks of time they cannot have their planning time. I need to block times for recess and lunch as well. I want teachers to put in unavailable times then have excel.stick a teacher in a slot that works for.them. any suggestions?
