data does not refreshs over a map drive

I have mapped out a drive, and when I add new accounts via macro, it adds the account , when I go to the actual file, the account is created, but on the same file over the a mapped out drive, it does not reflects the new data added. Could someone help me how to solve this or what I need to do?

if you mean, the front end does not display the data after import,
it could mean you must refresh the table. Click Refresh All button on the main toolbar menu.

if you mean the table map to the backend does not show current settings,
go into Linked table manager and refresh all links.

the weird thing is that when I go from a mapped drive "\\transfer\desing" I see the 'inventory' file still not up to date or refresh; but when I go into 'this PC" then open the folder transfer\.. then open desing folder, the inventory file is up to date with current data. this is in windows 10 with excel 2013.
