    Access Query with System Name

    Hello all,


    I want the records to be pulled on the form for those which are blank in the status and based on the system name(. i.e if i click on the comment button on the form the status blank only get into the form and this is based on the system name.

    Can someone please help me in this.

    Thank you for your response.

    I want the user to get the records on the form based on the system name provided. In the table data the system name will be given and when the user click the command button on the form the data with the respective system name should only pulled on to the form.
    Eg: If the system name is SS45 that record only be shown to that user and the user update the record with the required information the next record should be pulled when clicking on the command button.

    You have no field in your table named "System Name" nor any control on your form with that name. Which field/control do you wish to search on? If it is the "Verified ID", that field is not unique and search on it will return multiple records. Please be specific as to which field to search on?
