How to import data from word document that is in form of image?

Dear all, recently I had a test on which I was required to insert a data from a word document's table, but the table in the word wasn't itself on a regular table, but instead in for of image. I did not complete that assignment as I didn't have a mere idea how it even can be done. Anyone familiar with such a thing? Below are the attached instructions for better explanation of what i am asking, and the Image inside the document, under the question 2.
