Query only first word by length

Hello, I have column with lots of data and I need to use query to only show fields where first word is less than 8 and greather than 9.

For example my field name is NAMES and it looks like:

123456 Bla bla bla
1234567 bla bla bla
12345678 bla bla bla
123456789 bla bla bla
123456789AAA bla bla bla

So at the end I need to see only

123456 Bla bla bla
1234567 bla bla bla
123456789AAA bla bla bla

Which criteria should I use?

I think there should be OR not AND
Done with PowerQuery (Get&Transform)
is that what you want?
