Import table from excel from one database into another

Hi,

For my own purposes I do not want to use linking to directly link to the excel file that houses the information.

I have a database called NAV.accdb and a database called TMP.accdb.

The NAV database links to the tables in the TMP database. The tables in the TMP database come from an excel file.

What I am trying to do is upon opening the NAV database a piece of code will delete the tables in the TMP database and import new tables from saved down excel file into TMP database.

I got the he deleting of the tables to work, but I am stuck on importing tables to TMP database when NAV database opens

Any help is appreciated!
