XML import not functioning when refreshing from new file

Hello,

Maybe a stupid question, but I just don't know why its not working. Previously it has worked in other situations. But it is a simple to explain.

I save one report from company's repots as .xml. Then I fetch the data to Excel sheet from the "other source". The data comes correctly as planned to the sheet and I save and quit. Then next day when saving the same report with different values as .xml with the same file new, and then hitting "refresh" on the Excel, it gives two errors (im not sure if these are correct in english as my excel is in different language): "not defined elements" and other "information not fetched, or file.." and I can't see the rest of the error.

Any ideas why the refresh it not loading the new data from the new .xml?

This is in a wrong group for some reason. Could moderator move this to Excel database access threats?
