Access complaints form to automatically create an excel file

Hi everyone

As the title suggests, I want to make an Access complaints form which automatically creates a unique excel file for each complaint.
In the excel file i'd have to be able to read the compaint as well.
I'm quite new to access, and have no idea to tackle this...

Are you sure you want to create a new file for every complaint?

If you do, when would you want it created?

I think so, yes, unless if it makes things nearly impossible. Maybe a worksheet for each complaint could work as well!

It's a small company anyway so there aren't that many complaints

I would want the file created after filling out the complaint form and maybe pushing a button or something.
