Hello, this may be an easy answer but I can't get it to work.

Situation: I would like to make a chart with multiple drop down list menus in one column and then from the selection of each list I want to fill the associated rows with the data associated with that selection.

Example:
Data provide;
Selection / Information / Quantity
Oranges / $.99 / 15
I want to have a list where I can choose Oranges, and it will fill in the rest. I don't want to select each row. Does that make sense?

1. Is this an MS Access issue? You have posted to the Access Sub Forum. If not an Access issue, advise and I will move to correct location.

2. Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
