Rows issues, when importing Data from SQL and manually entering data in next column

I am encountering an issue with manually entered data, staying in the cell where its entered.
For instance, the following is a sample data, imported from SQL. Column A,B,C is the imported dat aand column E is manually typed.

The issue i am experiencing is that whenever new data is available in DB and the sheet is Refreshed, the manually entered data doesn't stick with the name it was entered for. It ends up moving to the last row
