Access DB into Excel in a Matrix style layout

I have a DB file, with "Matrix" table being the compiled version. What I am looking to happen is have the db data output to Excel and generate a RACI. I have attached both the DB file and the Excel sheet. How do I connect the two and have it update Excel as more data is entered into the db file?

This can probably be achieved using Power Query by importing an Access query into PQ and then creating a Pivot Table, however, you have a design flaw in your database. You should not be having lookup fields in your primary table. This causes problems when you wish to do further manipulations. All look up should be achieved in a form (which you have not created). All data entry should be through the bound form and not directly into any tables.

Look at this link to understand this further. http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm

Once you have redesigned your tables and built a form, then you can easily build a table to extract your data to Power Query. I will be happy to assist once you reach that point.

Thank you for the advice! I'll go back and make edits and try Power Query once I have the form created.
