Firstly thanks all for your help you guys doing- i am hoping someone have answwr to my issue .
I have this issue I deal with excel file with 90 MB and working with that larg file is obviously a challanging performance to excel and in that deleting duplicate records other than 1st is big challange .. is there way we can do this in MS access -deleteing everyhting other than 1st record ? .

Create a new table within Access. For your field that you want no duplicates, set the Indexed to Yes (No duplicates). On the External Data Tab, select your current Table you wish to get and import into your new table.

Hey friend ...thanks for your reply and i would like to share same basic file of which i am talking .. i have mutiple records in the file, i want create helper as uniqe ID in column "Q" using that, column "R" tells which nth time the record is appering .... and can we do similar stuff with the access ?. casue i have huge data like this and out of which i wanted only anything with "1" ...
Using Power Query, I was able to achieve what I believe you are looking for in seconds. I brought your file into Power Query (This is an available free download if you are running 2010 as your profile indicates.) I filtered out column R for only 1's. I then filtered Column Q for duplicates. This brought the file down to about 4400 runs from 39K. Here is the Mcode but the file is to large to upload.
