Setting Character Limit on a Text Box
Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to set a character limit on a Text Box in Access? For example, if I have a Text Box called 'Accounts' linked to a field called 'Accounts' in a database, can I make it so users MUST input nine characters (no more, no less) or they would see an error? I tried a few different code snippets in VBA but could not get it to work. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks!
Have you tried setting the limit in the underlying table.
