How to have two different criteria using the Expression Builder?

Hi everyone, I have the expression built in one of my fields and it works great.

I was trying to add a second criteria but I can't get it to work. I don't want the "Other" to be added if in that same table field "Sample no." = 9344. I can't add this in the criteria because it affects my other fields. I can't use the And function so not sure how to extend this formula.

    Thanks in advanced
