Filter huge data

Dear MS Office Experts,

I have a huge data which is more than 15mln rows & 15columns (A1:O15,000,000) and would like to filter them based on my selection/requirements in column A:O itself… The maximum rows in excel is 1,048,576 only and Excel works very slow with a huge data, so my question is that;

1). Is here a way to use Access as a filtering tool with 15mln rows & 15columns and does it work smoothly or as slow as Excel?
2). Is there any other alternative simple program to import 15mln rows of data from excel and use it easily and smoothly?

Appreciate if somebody could provide me a solution or any similar Access templates which can filter huge data.
