Import and update an access table from multiple excel lists

Hey everyone,

I have a question and I just can't get the solution I'm lookin for:

For a online game I would like to keep some records of a group of about 250 players.
For example within the game we have commanders and I would like to keep track of those in an access database.

What do I want the database to do:
- I will receive excel lists as in the attachment filled in with data. This file is setup so all fields are exported the way they should in Access. If possible I would like to have this process automated for example by having the database look for files in a specific folder and delete the file after import or something(if possible)
- I would like to easily be able to import these in an access database
- Every update it should check for previous records and update the values if needed

Can some one help me with this. If more info is needed please let me know.
