As I add records to Access Table "Delivered" how do delete that record from Table "Pending

Hi All

I am using a multiselect listbox in excel to add records to a delivered table in Access. Can I either delete the rows in the "Pending" Listbox and then rewrite the amended recordset back the access pending table or can I, as the records are added one by one to the "Delivered" Access table can I use the Order ID in Field(1) say 52 of "Delivered" to delete the corresponding record number 52 from the pending Access table. Or can I mark as inactive so does not appear in next search query to populate the excel listbox.
I can then refresh the pending listbox to display the records left with the search Query
Communication with Access is through ADODB taking an array from a record in excel table
My first attempt at Access so not very au fait with it

Any help appreciated
