    Decimal on Ms Access form

    Dear all,

    Please help how to resolve this issue

    If the QTY = 2 I would like to see on form = 2 instead of 2,000
    If the QTY = 2,550 on the form = 2,550 ( this Is OK)

    If I understood you correctly, I think going to the design view, then property sheet and selecting the "Format" tab will allow you to choose the format you are looking for.
