Moving from Excel VBA to Access

Hi All, I am attempting to move my database from Excel to VBA.
I can move the data over usccesfully and I can create a form, however I am unable to do all the things my forms in Excel can do.
This is my 3rd attempt at Access and seems very different to VBA in excel which i only recently learned.

How can i move the forms over and keep the the controls working?
Specifically with adding multiple items with different numbers attached which goes into the same line - if there are better alternatives i could use in access i would realllly like to know.
(this is shown in my userform under the 'reinsurers' list box)

Complete noob here sorry.

Please have a look at my excel project and select a record and click amend or new button in the top row - Microsoft Scripting Runtime must be ticked under references in VBA.

I am so lost any help to get me going will be so appreciated.
