How to 1) calculate ShiftEnd once ShiftStart is entered? 2) calculate LeaveHour in Access?

    Hi everyone
    Wish you a great day.
    Attached is my Leave .zip
I need your help please on how to calculate the Overtime/leave hours.

    1-Our business is operating 24hrs.
2-Each Employee starts shift at different time
3-The total working hours of each employee is 8 hrs/day
4-Overtime must start on or after the scheduled shift ex: your shift from 7:00am-3pm. You must start the Overtime >=3pm

    My questions are:

1-How to formulate automatically show the time of ShiftEnd (=ShiftStart+8hrs) the time of ShiftStart is entered ex: once ShiftStart is key in 8:00am, ShiftEnd will automatically displayed as 4:00pm.
2-How to calculate Total Hours of Leave/Overtime of each Employee in Access?
3-I would prefer the ShiftEnd appear on the Qry if possible, and the sum of Overtime/Leave on the report

Thank you very much for your time & help !

Why are you showing us your tables in Excel when you have an Access question. It would work better if you uploaded an Access file (with all forms and queries and tables) with a small number of records (make them dummy records to maintain confidentiality). In this manner, we can provide you with the solution you need. Be sure to zip your Access file and before zipping, compact it. Also indicate where you want the Shift End to appear. In a query? On a Form where you are entering the shift start time.
