    access report format questions

    Hi,
I am in the process of making a database for my employer to store employee Roster day off and Afternoon shift information.

At the moment we keep this info in an excel spreadsheet, but it is cumbersome when i have to add new people to it, and printing it is a real pain.
I was hoping to be able to put the relivent info into a database and then print a replica of the spreadsheet from inside of Access 2003, well this is proving to be a real problem for me, i just cant get the format right.

i am attaching a spreadsheet with the format i wish to get out,

am i able to attach a sample of the database here??? if so how, it doesn't show the database ext in the manage attachments section.

    cheers
    Geoff

You have to put it in a zip file first. Then upload it.

I worked on this a bit, I am not sure exactly how to get to what you want. So I am hoping someone else can help you. Sorry I tried.
