Import external data through API

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to be able to import an external .csv file containing data from an online source. I can call this file from Excel, using an API connection.

However, Access is fairly new to me and I keep getting the message: "http:// is only possible for xml files"

Anyone?

No Access Guru's here? I don't believe that the only solution is to first pull data into Excel to import in Access afterwards though...

I actually looked at this a bit, I agree with you , there has to be a better way then Excel to Access. However I have not yet found it.
