Access cell text limitation

Is it possible to make the text limitation of 250 characters in a single cell go up to 2000 characters?

Not with a data type of Text - this has a limit of 255.
You need to use the Memo datatype, which has a limit of 65,535 characters.

This is a Microsoft Access question isn't it? We're talking about Access tables here, or are we at cross purposes ... ?

actually there is a program im trying to edit which is made in access. there is a textbox in which id like to modify to make the limit to 2000 characters or more.. so is there a code to add in the textbox to extend character input or what way to make it as memo?
