    "Add a record" Form issue

I have a form that has a button which when clicked will add a new record.

However, when I send this Access database to my coworker this "Add a New Record" feature doesn't work and he gets a message that reads "you can’t go to the specified Record"

First attachment is the form. 2nd attachment is the macro for the button "on click."

I sent the file to my cousin. And the add a new record feature worked. Everyone has Access 2007.

Any one know why my coworker is getting this error message?

    Thanks.

Have you coworker goto Office Button,Access Options, Resources, and run the Microsoft Office Diagnostics.

    This may help,
