Speed through records with next record arrow - not working

Hi,

This may be a simple question and answer, Im not sure. Ive tried searching on it but am not finding anything.

I am using an Access database with many records. On one computer I can click the 'next record' arrow and hold down and it speeds through very quickly.
however on another computer it wont do this, it just moves one record then waits.

I thought this may have to do with the Windows / mouse settings but they all seem fine.

Does anyone have an idea what may be going on here?
