Are you able to be more specific? You have asked a very general question for which there may be many different solutions with different results. Are the Check boxes in a form? What will the email consist of? Information on the form? A set of records? Something else? Is it a case of all or none checked?
What are you trying to do? Can you offer up a sample of your db for examination? This always makes it easier to understand the issues.
