    Creating form help

I am creating a new form and linked to tbl_Main, i want to make it so when they create a new entry, and select a value from the dropdown box, it then filters the next field filters and only shows data from with that value. i have another table with the value of the drop down box which the main tble is link to.

    Ie

when the user chooses "Site"- Home. it then filters the next field which is "JOB" to all the values which have Home in site field etc. i hope this makes sense?

You can use combo boxes and set the values based on the previous results in each combo box:

In this example, once a selection is made in ComboBox1, ComboBox2 is enabled, all options are cleared and new options based on my decision in ComboBox1 are added.

    Hope this helps.

I think that you are referring to cascading combo boxes. If that is what you are looking for then look at this link
