Can query results be moved to one row for related fields?

I have a query where my final results are given to me like you see on my table named "QueryResults", I would like my query results to look like the table named "NeedQueryResults".

Basically I would like all account numbers that match & their results to be moved into one row. I've never seen anything like that so I don't know if its possible, thought I'd ask to make sure.

This is an untested solution. I would build six different queries. Each pulling the Accnt, DPD and Date Fields for each of the records. You would have a query for Date1, Date2, Date3, etc. Then I would do a UNION ALL Query to merge all the six queries into one recordset.
