Printing the last record as Invoice

    Dear Experts,
I have an excel form that is used to add new data to a table. At the end of the form I want to add a button which should generate a report that includes only the last record that was entered as a using the form. I also want to save it as PDF in a folder.
    Looking for help. Thanks/VKS

Dear RCM, A friend asked me to help and auto number his invoices along with calculating the service tax. I went overboard and have bitten more than I could chew by doing it in access just to ensure he would have many other reports quickly available but I think I got stuck here. Somehow i cant upload the small access file from the desktop

You will have to design the report, insert the button in the existing form and attach the button to that report
