    Building a query help

    HI,

I have a table that has columns -1) name of school (some values repeated) 2) name of employee 3) training attended (listed as a date)

note: Some schools have more than one employee.

note: Some schools may have had some employees attend training, but others who have not.

I wish to build a query that asks 'which schools have had no employees at all attend training?"

    Hope someone can help.

    Thx

    (Access 2003)

In other words, your query means "Which School had no Training whatsoever?".. Doesn't matter how many employees your schools have..

If num_Training = 0 doesn't work try "num_Training IS NULL" - without quotes of course.. As I am not sure how your data is structured.. Let me know if this helps..
