All,

I am creating a powerpoint presentation by creating charts that use a data connect to my access queries. When I first created it on a windows 7 computer everything ran fine, and I had all of my queries.

I since then had problems accessing the data on xp machines, and decided to build the charts on the xp platform to prevent errors. For all but 4 charts, everything ran smoothly. I have 4 charts based from the same query, just showing different models, and all of a sudden those queries have disappeared. I did a save as to create a new name; no luck. I created new queries using the same exact set up; no luck. I compacted and repaired my database, I had access check all of the dependancies of the files, and still no luck. It doesn't work on either platform now.

To build my query, I had to create two queries based on the input data, one that is a count of all instances, and the other is a total of all items found. Then I put these two together so that I could get an average. This is the one of the queries that doesn't show up on my data connect list, but the count query and sum query do.

The more frustrating part, is that I had to average other data, and did the same exact thing except using model, I used location, and ALL of the queries related to this are intact and available for data connect.

Please help this is very frustrating, and I need it for a work function early next week.

Thank you for your help in advance.
