    hide subform when open them main form

    Hi every body
    please show me how we can hide a sub form when open the main menu (containing sub form)

    thanks for your answer but it is not solving my problem
    I want to declare my problem to you

    in my database I have 2 user for example whom one of them can see the sub form and the other should not see it
    it means we have on form with sub form which its sub form can see and edit by one of my user but it can't see by another one

    You will have to establish a permissions status based upon some form of log in. I usually use the Windows login/user name. Then depending on the person, you can set the visibility of the subform in the onload event for the main form. This will require a bit of VBA coding to make it work.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
