    name mismatch

I am using a multipage form and on the 2nd page I am calling some records from a particular table using the below code, the first record works fine but the others are displaying #name? despite being the correct field names and using the same format as the working code - any ideas?

Is your form bound to a table or query? Or are you using an unbound form. More information is needed. Perhaps you should upload a sanitized copy of your database explaining exactly what you are attempting. Difficult to determine what the issue is with the information you have provided.
