Import excel 2010 format worksheet into database

Hi,

I am trying to import a spreadsheet into my access database using the transferspreadsheet method. I am having a real hard time trying to understand the spreadsheet type i am importing. The worksheet is saved from excel as 'xlOpenXMLWorkbook'. I have tried using the spreadsheet type 'acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12Xml' but after the import my table headers are corrupted.

If i manually save the "Master_List" worksheet as an excel workbook the transferspreadsheet command will work correctly, but i am trying automate the process as much as possible.
