I am creating a report in access. The same report design will be used for 24 different queries. Is there a way to save a template so I can load it and just change the source or is there a away to do a drill down report where the user selects the query from a drop down? The query is an unmatched query and only contains 1 column. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Are the 24 queries basically the same query with 24 different criteria?

Yes. There are 48 tables. One table is in stock in a certain section and the other is the master list for a certain section. Each query is an unmatched query to determine which bins have no stock. There are 24 different sections a1-a6 b1-b6 c1-c6 d1-d6. So it was a big hassle getting the information together in the first place.
I don't mind doing it 24 times but I would rather save a template.
Look at this link. It may give you an idea on how to deal directly with your issue. Instead of 24 queries. One with a parameter.

Thank you alansidman. I will watch it when I get home. I share an office and don't want to bother the other person with the sound. I'm thinking, just from the little I watched with no sound, that it should be sufficient. My issue is I figure out how to do something but it isn't efficient. Like with the 24 different queries. I won't marked solved yet just in case it doesn't work once I get home.
